Who we are
Prevvia makes 3D simulators for companies that sell solar energy, swimming pools and other home products. The data controller is Eloquentmirror - Unipessoal Limitada, VAT 518615901, Rua Luís de Camões, 2640-501 Mafra, Portugal. For any question about your data, email hello@prevvia.com.
What we collect
On this website’s form: your name, email, company website and what your company installs. In the emails we exchange: whatever you write to us. If you try a demo and leave your details at the end: your name, email, phone and the simulation answers.
What we use it for
To reply to you, prepare the demo in your company’s branding and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Details left in a demo are only used to send you the simulation summary: we don’t pass them to the demo company. We don’t send marketing without your consent and we never sell data.
Legal basis
Your request (steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in replying to interested companies. You can object at any time.
How long we keep it
While we’re in touch and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example, billing records).
Where it’s stored and who processes it
On servers in the European Union (Germany). We use hosting and email providers that only process data on our behalf. For the automatic analysis of your company’s website (colors and logo) we use an artificial intelligence service that only receives the public image of the website. The replies we receive from your company may be analyzed by an artificial intelligence service to prepare a suggested reply, which Prevvia reviews and sends.
Our customers’ simulators
When someone uses the simulator on a customer company’s website, that company decides what to do with the data: Prevvia processes it on its behalf.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The client area only uses one essential cookie, to keep you signed in.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing, by emailing hello@prevvia.com. You can also complain to your country’s data protection authority.
